Help me, going live with a quiz

Hi, not sure where to exactly post, so i just chose the introduction section as there is a little bit of me, introducing myself.

So, Im a teacher, i have made a quiz app in html,css and javascript. My next step is to have it go live in such a way that,

• teachers can access an admin page and add questions and answers
• teachers can toggle the script, random questions or normal
• teachers can store their quizzes and use them later
• teachers can access all student scores
• students can access the quiz via code, play and submit the score

I've heard that i need to use Sanity.io but i dont see how? How can a CMS help here? Please, help, i guess i need a database connection but i dont know where to begin from.
