help needed regarding the datagrid and mages

could some one give me some information on how to dispay images in a
datagrid control retrieving images stored in a folder.

The directions:

Get the file names into an array, make a datagrid with a template column,
put a server-side image control into the item template and databind ImageUrl
property to the array with file names.
