How can I make web service stop using VWDWebCache?

I have a web service that, until I started debugging locally, had no
problems. After working out the kinks, I put it back on the web host
where it had also worked. Now, when I build locally before copying it
to the server, it will only load a dll from the VWDWebCache. This is
causing problems because the dll is not available on the web server.

It wasn't set with an auto-refresh path before (as far as I know) and I
don't know how it would have become set that way, and I don't know how
to change it. How can I fix this?
