How do I download Ruby DBI?

I'm trying to download ruby dbi. I am using Apache on Windows. What I
found was this:

http://ruby-dbi.rubyforge.org/

But I can't find anywhere to download anything. On rubyforge I can
find ruby dbi, but nothing specific to download for Windows or MySQL.
