How to change color of arrow in drop down list

I have searched for two days now. No luck.

Is it possible to change the color of the arrow and the area qround the
arrow in a drop down list?

If yes, how?

Similar topic was discussed few days ago.
First of all you have to override Render method of DDL control.
Then try manipulate with style of particular ListItem (OPTION in HTML)
try: STYLE="cursor: help" or other cursor type.
