how to connect to DC from ASP.NET

I am using windows athentication and I want that my application will be
coonecting to DC with user, who connected to the page, name and password

A "DC" is a Domain Controller. It is a machine, which may or may not host
Active Directory for the Domain. Are you saying that you want to talk to
Active Directory? For what purpose? If it is for authentication, you can set
that up in IIS. Can you be more specific about the business requirement of
your app?
