How to format number in DropDownList?

Hello,

Whe have the 10000 and we use
DropDownList.DataTextFormatString = "{0:N0}". After that
we have 10.000 but what can I co if I need 10'000? Or to
say in a different way how can I use culture with
DataTextFormatString? Any ideas?
