How to get the handle for child window

Hello,

I have a problem. I have got main application i one thread. Thread works
parallel to main App. Thread has a handle to main applicatio. In main
App is created simple MODAL window
showMessageDialog(), this stop main App. How to close
showMessageDialog() in Thread? Is there any way?
