how to make an intranet application using asp.net

i want to develop an application in asp.net which can be access from
any system in LAN. Please help me in developing the application.

There is no difference between development for Internet, Extranet or
Intranet. For the Intranet you just deploy the app to a server accessible
from the local network only.
