How to place a call using asp.net?

Hi,
I am Zeeshan Mahmood. I have 5 years experience in
ASP, COM and 2 years experience with ASP.NET with C# and
VB.NET . My question is how to place a call using asp.net.
Is it possible or not?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean here.

I'm not sure how you can make an ASP.NET app that causes the server it runs
on to make a phone call.

If you're asking about how to put a "phone call" hyperlink into a mobile Web
application (so a user can click on a link to initiate a phone call) then
you should look at the "PhoneCall" control.
