how to send a byte of data like this"11111111"

it's a big pazzle for me
i need to send a package of some protocol defined like below:

but for byte type in java the max_value is 127 -->"01111111",but i need
is a byte like "11111111"

In Java byte is a signed datatype. The most significant bit is the sign.

Go over to use hexadecimal values: (byte)0xff - makes life easier.
