How to use CObject?

How do I properly use CObject? What include file do I need?

If I try to do this:
class TestClass : public CObject
{
public:
TestClass() {};
~TestClass() {};
}

It tells me that CObject is not a known type? Is it an MFC thing? I
kind of thought it was just a C++ thing.

Im using VS2005 if maybe there is some project setting I need to use?

It's an MFC thing, not a standard C++ class, try an MFC group.
