Hi Mukesh,

I understand that you're having problem to use Enterprise Library June 2005
for .NET 1.1 with partial trust.

Based on my research, there's a patch for the version of .NET 2.0:

#Tom Hollander's blog : Patch for Partial Trust support in Enterprise
Library for .NET 2.0
http://blogs.msdn.com/tomholl/archive/2006/06/30/652955.aspx

I'm currently still consulting about if it has a patch for .NET 1.1 too,
I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

By the way, I see you posted several posts regarding this issue at the same
time, and also CCed me via email. However, since the email is not valid, I
cannot reach you via email promptly. If this is an urgent issue for your
product, I would suggest you contact PSS for prompt response.

For PSS support or a local on site, you can also try contacting the global
support center through the following link:

http://support.microsoft.com/gp/assistsupport

They will provide you the detailed info on how to contact the local
developer support center.

Sincerely,
Walter Wang ([email protected], remove 'online.')

up response may take approximately 2 business days as the support

most efficient resolution. The offering is not appropriate for situations
that require urgent, real-time or phone-based interactions or complex
project analysis and dump analysis issues. Issues of this nature are best
handled working with a dedicated Microsoft Support Engineer by contacting

Hi Mukesh,

I've consulted this with Pattern & Practice team with this issue. So far,
there's no patch for Ent Lib June 2005 .NET 1.1 release to work in partial
trust. Sorry for the inconvenience.
