Try your local ebook seller. Also try to have a think about what this
has to do with the C as opposed to Fortran, Prolog, ASIC design etc and
think about whether this was the right place to ask. The correct
conclusion, just in case there is any doubt, is that this was not the
correct place.

No, this is not a French group; this is the Usenet newsgroup
comp.lang.c, which discusses the C programming language, generally in
English. You might be seeing this through some interface that hides
that fact.

The original question was off-topic because it had nothing to do with C.

I followed a link to what appears to be a full HTML copy of the second
edition of _Learning Perl_. It's on the site itself, not a link to an
external site. (The book has been distributed by the publisher as
HTML, but not for free as far as I know.)
