Information on Weblogic tools

Hi,

I use weblogic 8.1 and make a lot of changes in code/XML configuration
and deploy the application, the problem is everytime I have to restart
WL.

If anybody of you know some good free plugins/tool for hot code replace
which I can use to solve this problem of restarting, I know of one
MyEclipse plugin for eclipse which does something similar but its not
free..
