InvocationTargetException when calling "new Service()" in Axis web service to call another web servi

Hi,

got a problem calling a web sevice from another.
Yust calling "new Service()" causes an Exception in
the Webservice whiche leads to "java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException"

The whole error message:
