For Javascript w3 Schools http://www.w3schools.com/ is probably your
best bet.

If you're looking into tabbed menus, that's more a CSS thing and for
that I'd head over to A list Apart http://alistapart.com/ which was
publishing drop down menus at the rate of 1 a day for a while before
their last redesign.

resources that you can piece together yourself. I listed some before
