JSP: Session not joined no matter if cookies or not

Hi,

I have the problem, that my JSP page does not join the session whe I
call it ... I use a form to alter a value in the page and call the page
itself.

session.isNew() always return TRUE no matter if I have cookies enabled
or not.

Here is my code.

Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.
