I want to know, if there is something in Europe for Java like SANE for
unix is ? Some English spoken Java User Group which also maintain
some sort of yearly conference, where you can get in touch with other
Java freaks ...

I went to a JUG meeting on Saturday here in Padova Italy, although as
you might imagine, people spoke in Italian. You probably want to check
for something local rather than "in Europe", which covers everything
from the northern tip of Norway to Malta, unless you're looking for
general Java conferences... of which there are probably a bundle.

Local is not so important to me. Anywhere in Europe is ok.

all over the europe (italy, france and germany probably not)

People in Europe tend to speak their native language (surprise!) unless
they're dealing with a large group of people from all over with no
language in common - then english is prevalent. So if you want to find
a local group that speaks English, perhaps you should look for a JUG in
the UK or Ireland...or maybe Malta:

It's not really clear what you're looking for, to me. Why not look for
something where you are located?

Have a look at http://developers.sun.com/jugs/display/search.jsp. This page
contains a search form to help you find Java User Groups all over the world.
For instance, if you select Germany and J2SE, it lists JUGs in Cologne,
Halle, Berlin, Stuttgart, Wiesbaden, Koblenz, and Dortmund. If you click on
the group, you get a description of the group - usually, but not always, in
English - the size of the group and information on how to contact the group.

You can also start your own JUG from this page.

As for Java conferences, these seem to be listed on this page:
http://java.sun.com/jugs/news.html. There is only one upcoming European
event at the moment - March 21/22 2006 in Madrid - but others are likely to
come along regularly. Also, some of the JUGs may organize events. According
to the information for the Stuttgart JUG, they have an annual Java Forum
which had 800 visitors in 2002.

I wouldn't expect either page to be comprehensive - I strongly suspect that
Sun does not know about every JUG or Java event - but it should provide a
great starting point for contacting other Java developers wherever you are.

It is not quite what you are looking for, but many Europeans come, and
there in an informal network of people who bond during the
conferences.

I highly recommend it. I would continue to go myself if my health were
better. It is held at a very high altitude in Colorado at a ski
resort.
