GUI

Hi,
for some time, i am working in Eclipse and doing GUI in windowbuilder. It looks ehmm.. not good. I am trying to refine my visual part. Does exist some program that works with GUI, I mean something where you can do your visual and it will generate a code. If yes can you recommend me something, if no i would like to know how you do your GUI.

I do my first layout and maybe a few more with pencil and paper. When I'm satisfied it looks nice and is easy to navigate I start coding in HTM adding CSS as I go. As you might guess, I do not use Java. But after you have the paper GUI using windowbuilder should be easy. Adding the java functionality later would be a snap, I think.
