Need help in JLAPACK

Hai All,

I need help in calculating Singular Vector Decomposition using JLAPACK.
The doc of this pack is not clear so anyone know about this pack plz tell
which class files are used to build matrix and to calculate SVD.

Any use solution is helpful for me.
