Makepp is a drop-in replacement for GNU make which has a number of
features that allow for more reliable builds and simpler build files.
Finally here's again a new well tested beta snapshot. Besides numerous
general improvements and bug fixes, a highlight of this version is the
much enhanced support for all Windows environments.
There still are a few bug fixes on the way for even better GNU make
compatibility (missing "call" function and comma in variable is not to
be a parameter separator) and for small glitches with multiple overlayed
repositories. Also deleting a repository from under a build system that
uses it, will become more robust. After that this should already be
close to what the next official version will look like.
