Is there an online version of asp.net web site administration tool which I
can ship with my app?

Hi John,

Since ASP.NET beta 2 this feature is not available outside IDE.

However, you can expose it by your self - create a virtual folder to \Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\ASP.NETWebAdminFiles,
for instance webadmin. Then you can use the IDE syntax to access the Web
Site Administration Tool, like http://localhost/webadmin/default.aspx?applicationPhysicalPath=C:\test&applicationUrl=/
