Hi, is anyone know what is wrong with this message...
every times when I start up my web app it shows up in the message
windows....

Nothing wrong with it. I get them all the time, including when
applications are reloaded.

I think the only problem is that there is not enough information to determine
if the message is good news or bad news. Maybe you could change your
log4j settings and get it tagged with [Info] or something.
As Sudsy suggested, it is just informational.
