OT: Finding a job

Hi group,

Looking for a job. I'm at the point where I will go to a place and say,
"Look, I'll give you $500 or half of my first week's salary, or a weekend in
the Poconos" or whatever else to one of those places that find jobs for
people on a commission basis. I suck at job hunting, and I suck at making
my resume, so I'd like to just suck it up and pay someone to find me a job.
But what are those places called, and would anyone happen to know of such a
place around the north suburbs of Philadelphia? Or does anyone here want to
find me a job for $500? :]
