Parsing DRM Message for this MIDLET has failed - 70

I am testing some j2me app with LG kg800. But few app generate error while installation as 'Parsing DRM Message for this MIDLET has failed - 70'. I am not able to find any answer for it. If anyone know the reason for it kindly let me know.
