I have some basic HTML experience from college from 20+ years ago, but zero coding experience. I'd like to learn how to code so that I can write web based programs for the industry that I work in basically for myself and maybe for the industry. I don't want to get started down a path just to learn 6+ months later that I should have juked when I jived. Can someone that has a tremendous amount of experience in this give a quick layout or roadmap to getting from super green to being half way decent at what it is I'm looking to do. I mean really lay it out like I'm a 2nd grader. I follow steps precisely as they are given so any missed steps instructions will stop me in my tracks. If you have any questions before you can help, ask away.
