pdf in browser wrong language

J

Jens Haberer

hello,

my problem:
i've got a web application (servlets) which supports german and englisch language.
it reads the language in the http request to determine the output.
the internet explorer has only one language set: german
the whole application is in german but when i open a pdf it's in english.
this problem only appears at some users.
has anyone a idea? something with the acrobat plug-in?

gock

You seem to have lost your 'shift' key, here..
i've got a web application ..
URL?

Is that "only the users who do not read/write
English" that 'experience' this problem? ;-)

Probably something wrong with something..

Don't take it personal, Jens, this Andrew guy is a really annoying smart-ass,
who will never let an opportunity go by to to whine about writing-style,
asking off-topic questions and/or giving useless off-topic 'advice'.

Andrew, don't you just have some work to do ?..

You might add to your list of complaints that he irritatingly teaches
newbies how to get productive answers and, to the exasperation of all,
contributes relevant and substantive information.

Thanks Cid, and to Jens, in case you missed it..

(A web-app can be a lot easier to debug if
others can see the page.)
