I created a new group for ppl who have ideas to make PHP/MySQL projects
but don't have the skills to make it into facts, also for ppl that have
these skills but can't find money or ideas to do what they want, i

I would be interested in it if it wasn't a google group requiring membership
to participate. Great idea though.
