PL/SQL to transfer data from Excel .xls to Oracle Table

I'm not a PL/SQL guy and I need to load data to Oracle tables from
Excel Spreedsheets. Can anyone show me an example of a program/script
to do this? Or maybe just some direction to follow?

This isn't really a Java question. You might do better posting this question
to comp.lang.java.databases where more people will be familiar with PL/SQL.
