Problem with client access server on Internet Explorer

Hi,
I installed the SQL Server 2000 database in my server machine and JDBC
driver as well. The server and database connection work well. And the
Web site path has been set through internet service manager. For
example, the server IP is:193.166.139.x. I can access the page
http://193.166.139.x on internet explorer using the computer which IP
address is the same network area(e.g. 193.166.xxx.xxx). But if I use
the computer which IP address is different network area(e.g
195.148.xxx.xxx) to access http.://193.166.139.x on internet explorer,
it says that can't find the server. It is actually no firewall in both
network.
Can anybody tell me what is the problem? Thanks for your help.

Not a Java question, but you need to fix your sub-net masks for tcp/ip.
