Usually, when I open a VS.NET solution containing a Web App and I get the
"project not compliant with ASP.NET 1.1" message, I close VS.NET, delete the
contents of the \bin\ folder and re-open, and no message is displayed.
However, I am now getting this message for a solution whose Web App's \bin\
folder is empty.
What to do ?
