Radiobuttonlist

Hi,
with a MySql db I have a gridview to view a table's records (anagrafica) and
on click on a Select link I open a Detailview.
A field (occhio) links this table with another table (occhi). I use a
radiobuttonlist to view 2nd table's records and choose one of them.
1. How can I set to checked one of the radiobuttons?
2. How can I save a selected id in first table?
