Recieving file data in a server control

Hi,

I'm writing a server control which implements IPostBackDataHandler to
recieve string post data. I would like the control to be notified about
inbound file data too.

I can think of ways to get at this data but cannot find anything tidy. Is
there a preset or good way to go about this?
