Will be version 1.8.3 available as an installer?
latest version is 1.8.2-15 AFAIK.

No, it won't. 1.8.4 is going to be out at the end of December.

No, it won't. 1.8.4 is going to be out at the end of December.

If you want anything before that, check out the mswin32 version:
http://www.garbagecollect.jp/ruby/mswin32/en/

It's a little more work to get going than the one-click installer, and there
are a couple of issues with 1.8.3 and RubyGems, but there it is.
