run .exe - Sublime Text

The sublime is setting or plugin to run .exe(program) in the console?

Set up the cmd: C:\\Program Files (x86)\\CodeBlocks\\MinGW\\bin\\mingw32-g++.exe
Using MinGW that comes with CodeBlocks.
