Setting paper size through VB.NET code

I am producing reports (via Crystal XI) on a web server. I use a variety of
paper sizes in Crystal to produce PDF output. In development everything
works fine since I can change the paper size through the Windows interface
and temporarily specify that as my default printer while desi8gning in
Crystal. In a production deployment I need to be able to specify the printer
and paper size to use for Crystal to be able to export to a PDF document with
sensible margins. I'm not having much luck digging through the .NET
documentation to achieve this functionality.
