Simple Drop down box problem

Hello. I hate to say, but I know very little on this. I'm trying to
figure out how to make a simple drop down box using JS or CSS. I
have a web based RSS feed that I would like to make show up in the
drop down. If I can figure out the drop down part then I can then
just paste the RSS feed code in it. Something extremely simple that I
could specify the height, width and colors of the drop down. Thanks
for any help/suggestions!!!
