But I have some questions. Is there any mail list or forum? I can't find
anything on the website.

If you look at the original post's headers, you'll see

Followup-To: gmane.comp.python.general

which does not exist on my news server.

Can you expand?

Someone reading via an ISP provided NNTP server is likely to get
bounces when trying to reply, since that particular group name is
specific to the gmane server (which routes to a Python mailing list
which is, in turn, mirrored on comp.lang.python and eventually to google
groups)
