uploading PDF file

Hi,

I have a pdf file on an IIS server and I would like the
user to upload it on to their computer from the server
website.

Just provide a link to the PDF. With default settings, the PDF will load in
the browser, assuming Adobe Reader is installed. You can either instruct
people on how to download the file, for example, right clicking and choosing
Save target as..., or you can use http://aspfaq.com/show.asp?id=2161 to
initiate the download dialog.
