i successfuly removed the entire code at that line

Now you have

HTML:

<head>
    ...
    <title>Document</title>
    ...
</head>

change the title from Document for index.html to for example: Welcome to Buck Island - Home page

HTML:

<head>
    ...
    <title>Welcome to Buck Island - Home page</title>
    ...
</head>

check <title> on other subpages
