VS05: Correct Escapement of Unicode Characters in Web Pages?

Hi,

does anyone know if there is a feature somewhere in Visual Studio 2005 to
automatically escape Unicode characters and umlauts into character escape
sequences?

When I copy text into a web page, umlauts are put literally into the HTML
source. I'd prefer if VS would instead put "ä" etc. into the source.
