1. Java 1.5 & above
2. Spring, Hibernate, Ajax
3. PostgreSQL / MySQL
4. Tomcat 5.X
5. Ant
6. ERP Domain Experience would be a plus.
7. Experience in Java Script Libraries/frameworks like DWR, Dojo is an
added advantage.
8. Good communication skills.
