Why is there no "Java Control Panel" for J2EE v5upd14 ? Reinstall Java Control Panel possible?

After (successful) installation of the newest J2EE (+ JDK) v5 I found no "Java Control Panel" icon/entry
in WinXPs "Control Panel".

Why?

Is it possible to unhide/show it in another step?
