Hi
I need to print a long HTML page and the papar cut at the middle of the
page and some of the data lost :-(.

I print with JavaScript command "window.print()".
Is there any option to control or to split the page that will fit for A4 page
size and not cut it.

No. Print settings are the domain of the browser, not the script.

You might be able to specify page properties with CSS 2 - Paged Media.
However, not all browsers (IE in particular) support CSS 2 completely so
browsers may not honour the information given by the style sheets.
