wsdl definition

I have created a web service using .Net. When I run it on localhost and
view wsdl description I can see it something like below:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
- <wsdl:definitions xmlns:http="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/http/"
xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/soap/"
xmlns:s="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"
xmlns:soapenc="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/"
xmlns:tns="http://www.webserviceX.NET"
xmlns:tm="http://microsoft.com/wsdl/mime/textMatching/"
xmlns:mime="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/mime/"
targetNamespace="http://www.webserviceX.NET"
xmlns:wsdl="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/">
- <wsdl:types>

But when I install same web sewrvice on our web server, and view
service description, I get same description without prefix wsdl

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
- <definitions xmlns:http="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/http/"
xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/soap/"
xmlns:s="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema"
xmlns:s0="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"
xmlns:soapenc="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/"
xmlns:tm="http://microsoft.com/wsdl/mime/textMatching/"
xmlns:mime="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/mime/"
targetNamespace="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"
xmlns="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/">
<types>

so, can anyone tell me why that wsdl word is missing? How important to
have that word in decription? how to get it?

thanks in advance.
