Cant create new table in server explorer...

In VS2008 I goto my Server Explorer, right click on Tables, Add New Table,
and I get this error...

"Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.SQLServer.Management.Sdk.Sfc,
Version=10.0.0.0,..... or one of it's dependencies. The system cannot find
the file specified."

I reinstalled VS2008, added SP1 (which had another fatal installation by the
way) and reinstalled SQL Server 2005 SP2. Any other ideas? This is quite
frustrating
