IIS and ASP.NET 1.1

When I try to open an existing .NET 2003 solution, I get
the error "Visual Studio .NET has detected that the
specified Web server is not running ASP.NET version 1.1.
You will be unable to run ASP.NET Web applications or
services."

I am running IIS 5.1. I assume the problem is that the
IIS running on my machine is configured to use the
earlier version installed with .NET 2002. How do I
configure IIS to use ASP.NET 1.1?

You might try posting your question to an IIS or ASP.NET newsgroup. This
newsgroup is for "old school" ASP.

Install the .NET framework version 1.1
