A minor problem with UI text glitch color of visual studio

Hello! I'm currently moving to a larger, better screen ( FullHD to 4K, better color for designer), and I caught a minor problem: my UI text ( File, Edit, developer PowerShell...) all has a glitch blue color, which is weird. Even weirder, when I printscreen, and paste to Paint, it's still there but when I upload the painting to this post, it doesn't persist. Anyone's got this before?

I used several tool of image editors, and my conclusion is something about the way "VS UI text rendered", or font's problem, cause the glitch color is not fixed, it moves, even on "pasted image version". I'm really curious about this. Thank you for your concerning!
