I am in the same boat as you. I've done C for about 18 years. There is a
book called "Teach Yourself C++ in 10 minutes". It's a good reference
book. What I suggest, which I'm doing, is write an application in C++.
Luckily, I got work to let me use C++ on my new project, and it helps a TON.
